Damaged Product

YGS makes every effort to ensure your order is packaged and shipped so that it arrives in excellent condition; however, we are aware that after a package leaves our facility, damage may occur in transit. If your order arrived in a damaged state, please do the following.

  1. Take a picture of damaged product and damaged packaging.
  2. Click on the User Support link on the site and submit a ticket. When creating the ticket, please attach the photo(s) and provide a written explanation of the damage. For example, if you ordered 500 flyers and only 200 of them are damaged, please include this information.


A YGS representative will reach out to you to discuss next steps.
