Canceling An Order

When an order is submitted on the storefront, it immediately enters a fully automated process. This automation significantly improves production turn times and lowers order errors, but it also requires that order customizations, shipping information and payment information be accurate at the time of order as the order is not touched by human hands until after it has been produced. When placing an order, it is important that you carefully review all proofs (if applicable) and ensure you have selected the desired shipping and payment information as our policy is that after an order is submitted it may not be canceled.

 

If you have concerns about the details of an order you placed, please submit a ticket and we will review your order.
