If you forgot your password, go to the login screen of the site and click, "Forgot password?" You will be asked to enter an email address and then an email will be sent to you that contains a link that will walk you through the process of resetting your password. Please note, the email address you enter must match the email address associated with your account. If you do not know which email address is associated with your account, please submit a ticket and our team will assist you.
If you can login to the site and you want to change your password, log into the site then click on your username in the upper right corner of the page. Select “Profile.”
This will open a page where you may change your Profile information, Address Book (which contains shipping addresses), and your Password.
