How do I change my photo (if applicable)?

Not all sites include a photo in the account profile. When a site does include this functionality, to change a photo, log into the site then click on your username in the upper right corner of the page. Select “Profile.”

This will open a page where you may upload a profile photo. Because photos may be printed, the photo should be a high resolution .jpg file that is at least 7” x 7” or 2100px x 2100px. On most sites, after a profile photo is uploaded, it must be approved before it can be added to product customization. You will see a “Status” indicator next to your photo. After the photo has been approved, the status will changed from “Pending” to “Approved.”
