When ordering a direct mail product, you have the option to upload a mail list and we will label and mail the mailer to everyone on the list you upload. In order for this process to be successful, your mail list must be formatted exactly as shown. Make sure the headers in your file exactly match the order and text of the headers shown below and do not include extra columns. Your file must be saved in CSV format.
After uploading your file, if your headers do not exactly match the headers specified above, you will be asked to map your headers.
In the screenshot below, the correct header names are in the red box. For each header that is not correctly mapped, you will need to click on the dropdown arrow in the blue box to select the column header that aligns with the header in the red box. For example, in the screenshot below, the correct header is address_1 and this is mapped to Address 1. After all the fields are mapped, click Preview Mapping.
Scroll down and verify that the data displayed in the table is correct. For example, Address 1 data is appearing in the address_1 field. When the data in the table is correct, click Submit.
