When will my order ship?

To determine when you will receive your order, add Production Time + Delivery Time as noted below. 

Production Times:

Print and Ship Orders:

Qty < 10,000 is up to 4 business days from the date your order was approved

Qty 10,000 ─ 30,000 is up to 6 business days from the date your order was approved

Print and Mail Orders:

Qty < 10,000 is up to 6 business days from the date your order was approved

Qty 10,000 ─ 30,000 is up to 8 business days from the date your order was approved

NOTE: Quantities exceeding 30,000 need to be scheduled for production. Upon placing your order, please submit a support ticket noting your order number and total quantity. A YGS print representative will reach out to you to schedule production of your order.

Promotional Item Orders:

When items require no customized printing, 2-5 business days. If items require customized printing, see Production Times for Print and Ship Orders above.

UPS/FedEx Delivery Times:

Standard Ground:     3-5 business days

Two Day:                   2 business days

Overnight:                 1 business day

Direct Mail:

First Class:                 2-5 business days

Standard Mail:           up to 3 weeks
