The seminar information displayed in AMP is directly linked to the data you enter in Salesforce. If your seminar is not appearing in AMP, please verify the following:
- The seminar was entered into Salesforce at least 24–48 business hours prior to searching for it in AMP.
- The NPN associated with the seminar in Salesforce matches the NPN listed in your AMP profile.
- When customizing the product in AMP, you selected “Seminar” rather than “Appointment.”
If you have confirmed all of the above and your seminar still does not appear in AMP, please submit a support ticket and include the seminar number (S-) from Salesforce. Our team will investigate the issue promptly.
