Why isn't my seminar appearing?

The seminar information in AMP is directly tied to the information you have entered into Salesforce. If your seminar information is not in AMP, please verify that:

  1. You entered the seminar information into Salesforce 24 – 48 business hours prior to searching for the information in AMP.
  2. The NPN associated with the seminar in Salesforce matches the NPN in your AMP Profile.
  3. When customizing the product in AMP, be sure to select “Seminar” not “Appointment.”


If you have followed all these steps and your seminar still does not appear in AMP, please submit a ticket and include the seminar number (S-) from Salesforce and our team will inve this issue for you.
